The mental health care app offers video and audio therapy sessions, providing convenient and accessible support for individuals seeking professional help and guidance for their mental well-being
The problem statement
An employee working from home have to attend numerous meetings and a fast delivery to meet, leading to constant stress and a sedentary lifestyle. Continuing this lifestyle for the long term can have a critical impact on overall health.
Project Goals
To create an application that helps build & track healthy habit

Lack of awareness about the health issues that sedentary lifestyle can cause
Difficult to manage time when juggling between professional work & household chores
User don’t have a means to remind them or track their daily activity & tasks
Lack of motivation or willingness to take actions
Inconsistency in keeping up with the habits due to rigid time frame
They don’t have a roadmap to lead a healthier lifestyle
Understanding the Problem
Before touching anything related to design, I wanted to understand the effects of sedentary lifestyle on employees due to work from home condition.
A 2017 paper by the Sedentary Behavior Research Network (SBRN) defined sedentary behavior as any activity involving sitting, reclining, or lying down that has a very low energy expenditure.
User Personas
Bio
Shovesh has been working as a Software designer in an IT Infrastructure company located in Bangalore. Just like every other employee initially he was excited to start working from the comfort of his home but as it was not long when started to realise the pressure he was under due to increase in work load and decrease in his producity. Due to lack of physical activites, his lethargic behaviour was effecting his ability to focus and be productive. He is planning to start building healthier habits like doing medidation & exercise to improve his well-being.

Key Learnings
Working on this problem helped me widen my understanding of sedentary lifestyle and its ill-effects. Finding the right features that solved the users problem was challenging, but this project helped me get out of my comfort zone & challenge myself to deliver user centric solutions.
However, there are still a lot of inputs & features that could be added with proper testing and identifying the problem with the help of real-time user data.
